Hey friends,
Minneapolis is on the front lines of change after the murder of George Floyd. Change that I fully support and that addresses problems where I see my own complicity. My privilege as white and male requires not just words, learning, and growth, but also action… and putting that privilege to work.
It’s not political to be anti-racist. It’s not a deal-breaker with your company or clients to affirm that Black lives matter and help make change. It’s an asset.
And I am here to listen – whether you have feedback for me, want to trade notes and resources, are struggling with some of this change, or want an accountability partner. Reach out. Let’s talk.
There is much to do. Let’s go.
Greg
